As you are visiting our India store all the prices displayed are in Indian Rupees.
 
The size guide serves the general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. Please bear in mind our silhouettes do vary from slim to oversized fitting – so please always check the description. Also we sell all the pairs separately too , so you can choose different sizes for your tops and bottoms and customise your own pair.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes as all the pieces are made on order, but if you wish to cancel the order please email the customer care right away with your order details and your name in request. Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact customer care.

GARMENTS AND CARE

Please bear in mind due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in truest form and describe these in detail, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the product.
 
 
Each MUSKAN DODEJA piece is hand made and hand dyed. we use only the purest fabrics. Each garment has care instructions listed in the product page and we will also include a care note in the delivery box. we recommend dry cleaning all dark colored garments and for the rest hand wash in cold water.

SHIPPING

We ship pan India.
 
 
 
We ship all over India for free of orders over Rs 4000. Orders of a lesser value have a delivery fee associated depending on your delivery address. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.
 
 
 
 
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
 
 
 
 
If the items you have ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and for the once that will be made on order , please note that it will take us 4-5 days to produce and dispatch the order. Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 days delay in receiving your order.If you want an express delivery please contact us on +91 7745886040 or email us on muskandodeja17@gmail.com . SALE

Items marked with final sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange. If you have any questions about your sale item or want to check weather your order qualifies for a refund please email customer care.
 
 
 
 
Please email customer care with your order number, full name and photographs of the damaged garment.
 
 
 
 
 
During sale events or within 3 days of new collection launching you may experience a delay on your items being shipped. We appreciate your patience during these delays and work hard to get your item to you in quickest time.
 
 
 
 
 
After you’ve added your items to your cart, please select to proceed to checkout. you will have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

BACK IN STOCK

If an item is sold out you can sign up with your email and let us know your desired color and size. As soon as your favourite item is back in stock in your preferred sizing/color we will notify you via email.
 
 
 
 
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not have any return or exchange policy at the moment , as all the garments are made to order. If you somehow received a damaged item, you can contact customer care via email or phone for the exchange of the product.
 
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you’ve received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it, or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within the 14 day return period. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered as a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at muskandodeja17@gmail.com with request for return/exchange followed by your order number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for claim along with images of damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
 
 
 
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
 
 
 
 
We have a courier service that will facilitate the return or exchange for the damaged goods.

Online: We accept all credit and debit cards for domestic online purchases. you can also pay via UPI.
Currently we do not accept COD.
